1. General Refund Policy
Because our services are custom, labor-based, and often involve time-intensive digital work, we do not offer refunds for services that have been delivered or partially completed.
2. Refunds Before Work Begins
- Clients are eligible for a full refund if the project has not yet started or no resources/time have been allocated.
- To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of payment and before work begins.
3. Refunds After Work Has Started
- If work has started and the client chooses to cancel, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed and resources used.
- Any administrative, consultation, or setup fees are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Client delays or failure to provide necessary information, materials, or approvals
- Project cancellation due to lack of communication after repeated follow-up
- Change of mind after significant progress has been made
- Unsatisfactory results due to client-requested features against our professional recommendation
- Digital products or downloadable resources already delivered
5. Payment Disputes

6. Modification of This Policy
